Google has been hinting at wanting the internet to be more secure for a while and now they are taking steps…the new version of Google Chrome 56 coming this month will mark HTTP pages that collect passwords or credit cards as non-secure, as part of a long-term plan to mark all HTTP sites as non-secure.
