Barcamp is back again! Totally recommend this for anyone who wants to know where Hong Kong is going digitally. Loads of technical magic bound to be discussed. Expecting about 300 people this year!
BarCamp is an ad-hoc “unconference” born from the desire for people to share and learn in an open environment. It is an intense event with discussions, demos and interaction from attendees. Anyone with something to contribute or with the desire to learn is welcome and invited to join.
BarCamp was born in Palo Alto, California in 2005. In just three years, it became an international network of user generated conferences – open, participatory workshop-events, whose content is provided by the attendees – often focusing on early-stage web applications, and related open source technologies, social protocols, and open data formats.
