2011-2012 Hong Kong SAR Policy Address and Public Consulation

That’s right.  Hong Kong is again rattling the very foundations of digital communications and user engagement!  So my dear fellow citizens, you too can now email and phone the government.  That should do it.

What do you think they could have done to make it a truly engaging experience?  (Suspend your disbelief for a moment and assume they want to know what their public thinks.)

  • collaborative document creation like Google Docs so groups of citizens could work on responses together online
  • on online submission form at the very least!
